Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SHOT! (shot.game), operated by EpsilonDelta Inc ("Company"). SHOT! is an AI-powered card-based social deduction game. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. Each user may maintain only one account. Creating accounts using another person's identity or false information is prohibited.

3. Credit Policy

Credits are digital goods used within the Service. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. After 14 days, or once credits have been used, refunds are not available. Credits do not expire. Credits are deducted when a game starts, based on the type of AI bot used. In the event of service termination, remaining credits will be forfeited after prior notice.

4. Payments

All payments are processed in USD through Paddle Inc. As credits are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase, you may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following: abusing the system to manipulate credits or game outcomes, automated attacks that place excessive load on the service infrastructure, or unauthorized use of another user's account or API Key.

6. Account Suspension

The Company may suspend accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms. Unused credits purchased within the last 14 days may still be eligible for refund upon account suspension; otherwise, remaining credits will be forfeited.

7. Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or system failures. No warranty is provided regarding the quality of AI model responses or in-game AI behavior.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
